Founder and President of the James Dawes Group

Founder of a boutique consulting group focused on the growth and development of centers of excellence in ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, skincare and retail medicine. A 30+ year track record of successfully developing and integrating multiple physicians and facilities with an emphasis on elective medical procedures including ophthalmology, optometry, cosmetics, skin care and bio-rejuvenation. Specializing in practice and facility acquisition, design, build, financing, management, marketing and operation, profit (EBITDA) and service optimization. Successful completion of over 400 physician and ASC acquisition, merger, consolidation transactions.

As a medical business consultant, my primary role is to help your practice or medical corporation identify and plan the right strategy to achieve your goals.
